Admission's Procedures and Policies
Having made the decision that you wish your child to be considered for admission to TCC, the first step is to complete a Registration Form. The form can be downloaded here or collected from the front desk of TCC.
- The completed Registration Form should then be returned to the our Admission's officer along with a cash of $50 as registration fee (this fee covers the cost of administering the entrance process) before the placement interviews and examination.
- You are not committing at this stage! In accepting the Registration Form, the School is not obliged to offer a place, nor is the parent/guardian obliged to accept a place that is offered.
- You are welcomed at any time to call the Admission officer on +233 248853038 and book an appointment to take a personal tour of the School and meet the staff.
- The outcome of placement interviews and examinations will be communicated to parents/guardian in writing. The letters sent out offering places include details of any essential information. Parents are asked to accept the offer and pay the acceptance deposit or decline the offer so that the place can be offered to another family if necessary.
Following receipt of the acceptance form and acceptance fee, further joining documentation is sent out such as:
- Statement of Cooperation
- Standard of Conduct
- Medical History
- Release from Liability
- Student Record
- Birth Certificate
